The Reignwood Group plans to breathe new life
into Ten Trinity Square, one of London’s most iconic buildings, by
transforming the property into a luxury hotel and residential
development with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Following a meticulous restoration by a team of
experts commissioned by Reignwood, the former Port of London
Authority building has been redeveloped as part of a vision to
establish one of the most exclusive addresses in London.
With 98
guestrooms and suites, the site of Four Seasons Hotel London at
Ten Trinity Square will also include 41 private residences – Ten
Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons – as well as a
private member’s club.
Each private residence
will consist of an imposing entrance lobby, between one and five
bedrooms, as well as luxurious living areas.
The private members’ club at Ten Trinity
Square, located in the original wood-paneled executive offices of
the building, will offer members stylish and exclusive meeting
rooms, a business centre, screening room, cigar lounge and access
to the exclusive Château Latour room.
The Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity
Square will also feature two gourmet restaurants and a spa.
Mr. Songhua Ni, President of Reignwood
Investments UK Ltd, said, “Reignwood Group is extremely proud
to have acquired and to be restoring London's landmark Ten Trinity
Square, demonstrating our long-term commitment to the UK. The
revival of this building reflects our respect for British culture
and history. Through our collaboration with Four Seasons, our aim
is for Ten Trinity Square to significantly raise the standard of
ultimate luxury hospitality and living in the City of London.”
Ten Trinity Square
lies within a thirty-minute drive of London City Airport, and is
just twenty-minutes from both the West End and London's second
financial district of Canary Wharf.
Dr. Chanchai
Ruayrungruang founded the Reignwood Group in Thailand in 1984.
