AHS Signs U Hotel in Bandung, Indonesia

Absolute Hotel Services has expanded its portfolio of U Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia with the signing of a management contract for an U hotel in Bandung, Indonesia.

Scheduled to open in mid 2016, U Bandung is located on Jalan Aceh Road close to Bandung Indah Plaza and all main shopping areas.

The hotel will feature 117 rooms and suites, a signature Italian restaurant, a library, rooftop pool and bar, a gym and 6 meeting rooms.

Absolute Hotel Services Group CEO, Jonathan Wigley, said, “We are delighted to add to our existing presence in Indonesia which we are focusing on as a major development destination based on tremendous demand growth for domestic and international markets. We anticipate an additional 3 properties in Indonesia to be announced in the next 6 months.”

Bandung is the capital of West Java, the third largest city by population, and second largest metropolitan area in Indonesia. It is approximately 140 km south east of Jakarta.
