386-Room Haikou Marriott Hotel Opens

Marriott International has opened the first hotel under its flagship Marriott Hotels brand in Haikou, Hainan Province.

The 386-room Haikou Marriott Hotel is a short walk from the Hainan International Exhibition Centre, a 45-minute drive away from Haikou Meilan International airport, a 10-minute drive to the railway station, and a 15-minute drive away from downtown.

Haikou Marriott Hotel offers over 4,000 square meters of meeting space, as well as three restaurants and four lounges and bars.

Three outdoor pools and The Spa Centre, which features hot spring pools for soaking, steam saunas, dry saunas, jacuzzi tubs, foot massage rooms and wellness and beauty treatment rooms, offer a variety of options for relaxing and regenerating body and soul.

With the Marriott Mobile app, check-in and check-out couldn't be simpler. Marriott Rewards members receive a push notification on their mobile devices alerting them that they can check-in, and an automatic confirmation when their room is ready. At the end of their stays, guests receive a push notification alerting them that mobile checkout is available.
