James R. Clapper, Director National
Intelligence, United States Office of the Director National
Intelligence, will deliver remarks at AVSEC World, taking place at
the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington DC on 27-29 October 2014.
AVSEC World 2014 will look at the need for
greater flexibility in regulation, recognition of measures between
countries and the alignment of border and aviation security.
The conference blends workshops, panels, expert
presentations and debates. More than 500 delegates from around the
world are expected to attend.
Director Clapper will address
the role of intelligence and working with aviation stakeholders to
ensure the security of commercial air transport.
