Hilton has signed a management contract with PT.
Sharandy Land for a third Waldorf Astoria hotel in Indonesia.
Scheduled to open in 2018, the 100-key Waldorf Astoria Bali, Ubud
will be the fourth Waldorf Astoria property in Southeast Asia
following the planned openings of Waldorf Astoria properties in
Bangkok, Bukit Pandawa-Bali and Jakarta.
Situated along the famous Ayung River, the
longest waterway on Bali Island, Waldorf Astoria Bali, Ubud will
be located in the lush surrounds of Sayan, a small Balinese
village in Ubud.
The luxury
resort will offer an exclusive address, approximately five
kilometers from central Ubud, the cultural and artistic capital of
Bali, and 31.4 kilometers away from the Ngurah Rai International
Airport.

Waldorf Astoria
Bali, Ubud will span eight hectares and offer 100 suites
and villas. Set on the slopes of a terraced rice paddy, all suites
and villas will offer views of the verdant greenery and Ayung
River. Guests will be able to select from a choice of villas which
range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom, each well-appointed with a
private pool.
Waldorf Astoria Bali, Ubud will feature two restaurants and a destination bar. The
resort will also offer a range of exclusive events facilities with
three meetings and events rooms, a wedding chapel, outdoor event
lawn, and a business center. An outdoor pool as well as a
health club and spa will complete the leisure facilities.
