Plaza Premium Lounge Management has opened a new lounge at London
Heathrow Terminal 2 – The Queen’s Terminal, following the
company's inaugural launch in Terminal 2 Departures in summer
2014.
Passengers who arrive in the morning can check themselves in
for breakfast, have a massage, use shower rooms and prepare for
their onward journey, while passengers travelling in groups can
make Plaza Premium Lounge (Arrivals) their meeting point.
Departing passengers can arrive early and
enjoy the bar, food menu and Wellness Spa with
individual treatment rooms offering organic massage treatments by
British spa brand, ila.
Stephen Wilkinson, Heathrow’s Property Director,
said, “Plaza Premium Lounge is a fantastic addition to Terminal 2.
With the opening of this luxurious new independent lounge in
arrivals, travellers will have the opportunity to treat themselves
to a first class experience, regardless of their ticket type.”
Access to Plaza Premium Lounge (Arrivals) costs
from £25 per person for one hour and this includes complimentary
shower, food, soft drinks and house alcoholic beverages. Showers
cost £15 per person. The lounge also offers complimentary Wi-Fi,
international newspapers, magazines, televisions and full flight
information.
The organic massage treatments have been
designed by ila for travellers who are looking to combat travel
ailments, awaken their senses and revitalise the body and mind. A
selection of 30 and 60-minute treatments will include ila’s
signature treatment exclusive to Plaza Premium – ila’s
kundalini back massage, as well as, prana vitality full body
massage, blissful face facial and its shoulder, scalp and head
massage. A 30-minute treatment costs £45 and an hour treatment
costs £80.
