The personal trainers and therapists at ESPA at
The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt have combined their skills to
develop a Bridal Bootcamp which promises participants will leave
feeling leaner, pampered and ready for the big day whether they
are the centre of attention or a guest.
The overnight programme is available to
book at a time that is suitable to brides including weekends or
mid-week and is priced from €350 per room per night based on two
people sharing.
This price includes one night bed
and breakfast, one fitness assessment and nutritional consultation
and either 2 fitness classes or 1 fitness class each plus a
personal training session followed by lunch.
Places are limited to ensure personal attention for each
participant guaranteeing they leave with an improved physique with
a little pampering and luxury thrown in too.
Class
options include Bootcamp Circuits, Spinning, Kettle Bells, Yoga
and Aqua Aerobics. To ease the pain after chosen classes or
personal training sessions, participants will also receive a 10%
discount on spa treatments. Treatments such as the Detoxifying
Aromatherapy Massage, Body Wrap, Personalised Facial and Anti
Cellulite Treatment are all perfect ways to prep for a wedding.
These classes can be combined with less strenuous
complimentary activities at the hotel such as a bicycle ride by
the secluded River Walk or a stroll through the beautiful Powerscourt Gardens. Relax in the serenity room and thermal suites to ease muscle pain and receive some pampering whilst getting
weight loss advice for the future. All of the above is available
for €350 (excluding treatments) per room per night based on
double occupancy.
