In this exclusive HD video interview, we ask Freddy Schmidt, the Executive Chef at a 5-Star hotel in Bangkok, for his thoughts on the event.

We ask Freddy how the Laguna Lang Co - Vietnam Airlines Triathlon compares to other events he takes part in, what problems he had - if any, his overall impression of the event, and how he would like to see it grow in years to come.
