Ibnu Amar Samsudin of Prince Hotel KL Earns Les Clefs d'Or

Ibnu Amar Samsudin, Assistant Concierge Manager at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur was recently recognized as a Les Clefs d'Or Full Key Member by the Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia.

Ibnu Amar has been serving as a Concierge member at the Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur since 2002 and was accepted as Adherent Member of the society in year 2009.

He is the second Concierge member of Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur who was recognized for his excellence in this field of service after Ragu Kumarasamy, Concierge Manager, who was recognized a Full Key Member in year 2001.

“Being a member of Les Chefs d’Or is a symbol of our passion and dedication in service. We are always ready to provide exceptional service and an experience that exceeds the expectations of our guests,” said Ragu Kumarasamy, who is also the President of the Society of the Golden Keys Malaysia.

Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia members gather to exchange ideas, share experiences and render assistance with the mission to provide excellent services. The concierges are motivated by a genuine desire to serve and continuously meet the needs and satisfaction of their guests. Clefs d’Or concierges are recognized by the crossed gold keys they display on the lapels on their uniform.
