Eddie Widnall has been appointed as Charter Manager
for Northrop and Johnson, Indonesia.
Eddie joins Northrop and
Johnson fresh from 3
years as a Cruise Director and dive guide on board
Indonesian-based expedition yachts, primarily in Komodo National
Park.
Before Indonesia, Eddie worked as a dive
instructor in the Maldives for two years after swapping a life in
London for the water. For 8 years he co-owned and co-ran a
successful recruitment / head hunting firm before doing what most
people only talk about: selling up and returning to the ocean.
Having spent 10 years in the British Royal Navy in his younger
days, this seemed a natural move.
Simon Turner, Director of
N&J in Asia, said, "We are delighted to welcome Eddie to our
team. We believe that there will be a fast expansion of a quality superyacht charter business in Indonesia and we aim to be at the
forefront of this with our Bali-based office."
