PATA has signed a Preferred Partnership
agreement with specialist insights provider, MyTravelResearch.com.
The two organisations reached a two-year agreement that will
support PATA’s focus to provide valuable insights, forecasts and
analysis.
The aim is to give PATA members access to data and
analysis to boost their competitiveness. The preferred partnership
will enable MyTravelResearch.com and PATA to collaborate on the
development of insights about the visitor economy in Asia Pacific
and beyond.
The partnership follows endorsement from PATA
members at the PATA Board meeting in Chengdu, China in September,
and at World Routes in Las Vegas in October.
Carolyn
Childs, Director, MyTravelResearch.com said, “We will help leverage PATA’s powerful network to support our
‘insights to action’ philosophy where it can achieve results for
both of us. PATA has an unrivalled positioning thanks to its
ability to connect all parts of the visitor economy across the
region.”
PATA CEO Mr Martin J Craigs, added, “The
partnership with MyTravelResearch.com provides vital support to
the PATA Strategic Intelligence Centre. It helps us to extend the
reach and effectiveness of our insights delivery – a key pillar of
PATA’s mission. The feedback from members who engaged with MyTravelResearch.com in Chengdu and Las Vegas was outstanding.”
The agreement follows on from PATA’s signing of
a two-year agreement with Routes
(part of UBM Live) in Las Vegas in October.
