Finnair Appoints Peter Gabrielsson as Vice President, Inflight Customer Service

Finnair has appointed Peter Gabrielsson as Vice President, Inflight Customer Service, effective 1 March 2013.

Gabrielsson reports to Anssi Komulainen, Senior Vice President, Customer Service.

Gabrielsson is also responsible for Finnair customer experience and service development.

Peter Gabrielsson has several years of aviation experience with Finnair and Qatar Airways. Previously he headed Finnair Revenue Management and Pricing.

Gabrielsson will also join Finnair’s Management Board, which comprises company management and personnel representation.
