Incheon-Abu Dhabi Codeshare Flights to Start 22 July 

Korean Air plans to begin a codeshare agreement with Etihad Airways on the Incheon-Abu Dhabi route on 22 July 2013.

Etihad Airway operates a daily flight on the route, using an Airbus A340 aircraft with a seat capacity of 240. The flight departs Incheon International Airport at 01:15 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 06:15. The return flight departs Abu Dhabi at 22:15, arriving at Seoul Incheon at 11:45 the next day.

Korean Air passenger benefits such as lounge access, priority check-in and excess baggage allowances for top tier program members will be valid on all Etihad Airways flights. They can also earn and use frequent flyer points.

Korean Air said it planned to expand its partnership with Etihad Airways to other destinations in the Middle East and Africa in the future.
