Etihad Airways is to launch a major recruitment
drive in Brazil, following the successful debut of
its Sao Paulo – Abu Dhabi services.
Specialists from Etihad
Airways’ recruitment team will be in Sao Paulo on Wednesday 10
July looking to employ hundreds of Brazilian men and women to join
its ranks in Abu Dhabi as members of its cabin crew team, including
Diamond First Class Inflight Chefs and Pearl Business Class Food
and Beverage Managers.
James Hogan, Etihad Airways’ President and Chief

New cabin crew members undergo a six week
training program in Abu Dhabi, which includes all aspects of cabin
safety and service delivery.
More than 90 Brazilian nationals currently work
for Etihad Airways, including 23 pilots and 28 cabin crew. All are
based in the United Arab Emirates and enjoy various benefits
including medical insurance and housing support.
