The Sarova Hotel Group is upgrading its
centralized hotel distribution system.
The company is migrating from the
integrated RateTiger Channel Manager solution, to processing all
third party channel updates via MICROS Opera, utilizing the
RateTiger enterprise connectivity solution.
The fully integrated, two-way connectivity
solution to hotel distribution channels such as Expedia, Agoda and
Orbitz, will allow Sarova Hotel Group to react instantly to market
changes and real-time demand, while receiving reservations
directly into its PMS.
Sarova Hotels, Resort & Game Lodges is a leading
hospitality group in Kenya and East Africa. The company has over a
thousand rooms in eight hotels, resort and game lodges.
