Luke Harris Appointed Resident Manager of Novotel Citygate HK

Novotel Citygate Hong Kong has appointed Luke Harris as Resident Manager.

In his new capacity, Luke will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations and focus on driving service and performance excellence.

With vast experience in the industry, working in Australia, New Zealand and Greater China, Luke’s first exposure to Accor began 7 years ago in 2005, working for Sofitel Melbourne in Australia. Since then, he has held various senior management positions for Accor with the most recent posting being, Mission General Manager responsible for the successful opening of Pullman Anshan Time Square.

Novotel Citygate Hong Kong is around 5 minutes drive from the airport, and roughly 28 minutes from Central.

The hotel is also in very close proximity to AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong Disneyland, Ngong Ping Cable Car and adjacent to Citygate Outlets with direct access to MTR station.

The hotel has 440 rooms and suites, features four executive floors, hotel-wide wireless broadband connection and 32” LCD television. Facilities include 4 restaurants and bars, 7 function rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a gymnasium.
