Absolute Hotel Services has appointed Andre
Buser as Director of Culinary Operations for South East Asia.
Andre has over ten years of experience as an
Executive Chef having worked for esteemed companies such as
InterContinental, Four Seasons and JW Marriott in various
countries around Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
Andre will be based at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn,
overseeing all aspects of the culinary offerings and standards in
the hotel as well as assisting in providing culinary support and
direction for all operating and pre-opening hotels and resorts in
South East Asia for the Absolute Hotel Services Group.
