Boathouse Phuket Appoints Axel Jehangiras Assistant DOS

The Boathouse Phuket has appointed Mr Axel Jehangir as Assistant Director of Sales.

A Belgian National, Axel has lived and worked in several countries including South America, Europe and South East Asia, giving him a wide variety of inter-cultural experience.

Axel started his career in 2006 at the Silver Spoon Butler Organization in England and then served as a personal Butler to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, at the Royal Box at Ascot and the inauguration of the Carbon Black Racing at Leeds Castle in Kent.

He then moved to Thailand as a Management Trainee at The Evason Phuket Resort and Six Senses Spa, before moving in the same position to the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket. On completion of his trainee-ship he moved back to Belgium as Front Desk Officer at the Rocco Forte Collection’s Hotel Amigo in Belgium. He then returned to Phuket as a Sales and Marketing Executive at the Laguna Holiday Club Phuket. Prior to his current role as Assistant Director of Sales, he was a Sales and Marketing Executive at Marriott Vacation Club International, Phuket.

In his spare time, Axel enjoys a range of activities including golf, tennis, scuba diving, travel and photography.
