FCm Travel Solutions has boosted its
multinational client data capabilities following the release to
market of new proprietary technology for its online reporting
platform ClientBank.
This latest release further extends FCm
Travel Solutions’ travel management reporting capabilities with a
complete overhaul in the system interface used by FCm’s clients
and internal account management staff.
The new platform provides the latest
advances in reporting technologies to the company’s multinational
customer base, including dynamic reporting, industry benchmarking,
client-configurable scorecards, dashboards, map-based reporting
and integrated traveller tracking.
FCm’s Global Product Leader of Data Management
Lynda Ford said the move to an in-house reporting platform for ClientBank has delivered more sophisticated technology for account
managers to leverage and present travel data to customers.
“The consolidation of data on our new ClientBank platform
provides a range of benefits to FCm’s account managers and most
importantly for our clients,” Lynda said. “From a global
perspective we’ll benefit from greater process efficiencies and
have more control over content, the output of data, the design of
our internal and client-facing technology and the delivery of
information. This new reporting platform gives us
the ability to capture and manoeuvre data from many different
sources including the four major GDS (global distribution systems)
and countless back-office systems. It also gives us more quality
data for travel program benchmarking and makes client report
preparation easier and more efficient.”
Made available to multinational customers on 15 October
2012,
clients are expected to be migrated to the platform over the next several weeks.
