[HD video below] Ritz-Carlton has enhanced the experience of its
Club and Suite level guests in Asia by giving them access to a
series of curated chauffeur-driven experiences.
Each Ritz-Carlton property in Asia now
offers a complimentary limousine service for short trips or
transfers within the environs of the city exclusively for the use
of guests selecting to stay at Club level or a Suite.
Amongst the curated experiences in the Inspiring
Discoveries collection that highlight The Ritz-Carlton Club’s city
transfer service are concierge-tailored short city tours or
private visits to key cultural highlights in each city. These
include limousine transfers to Forbidden City or a secret tour of
the hutongs in Beijing, a private tour of Seoul and a visit to the
Meiji Shrine in Tokyo.
Other specially-selected experiences on
offer include access to local museums and landmarks in the
destination where there is a Ritz-Carlton so even if time is
limited, a guest can still take home a cultural memory.
Victor Clavell, Vice President – Asia for The
Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company said, “The Club and Suite experience at
The Ritz-Carlton offers an elevated level of service that allows
us to create even more touches that will stay with the guest for
life. Each of our properties across Asia has taken
this challenge to heart - curating, creating and investing in
local and culturally-enriching experiences that speak to the guest
emotionally. The local limousine service is an example of how we
recognize and anticipate the needs of our guests today as part of
our service legacy. Each of our guests may not have a lot of time
in the destination and our elevated Club and Suite experience
allows them to invest a little time to go home with an authentic
story to tell.”
Club and Suite guests are
escorted directly to their rooms and privately checked-in. Each guest in residence
receives personalized stationery on high quality letterhead in gold
lettering. One of the best-kept secret to guests ‘in the know’
reserving Club and Suite accommodation is the traditional
afternoon tea presented with compliments in The Ritz-Carlton Club
Lounge. Layered on a three-tiered stand complete with
scones, sandwiches and at least five specially-selected teas, the
afternoon tea allows a moment of sumptuous indulgence while
enjoying the privileged atmosphere of the lounge.
