British Airways is adding its On Business
loyalty programme for small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to
the Singapore marketplace.
New enrollees will benefit from a triple
points offer for the first six flights taken within the first year
of membership, allowing them to build up their points total
considerably and earn rewards.
“On Business provides senior executives, CEOs
and middle management at small-and-medium-sized enterprises with
the opportunity to enjoy excellent perks, benefits and upgrades,”
said Nick McGlynn, British Airways Regional General Manager, South
East Asia. “British Airways is committed to helping SMEs. Face to
face meetings can be so important for business and smaller
companies often have very tight travel budgets. On Business allows
SMEs to earn points quickly and spend them flexibly.”
British
Airways’ On Business loyalty programme enables enrollees to earn
reward points on every qualifying British Airways flight booked
through ba.com, British Airways reservations or travel agents,
irrespective of the country in which the ticket is bought.
To earn
points, On Business members are required to quote their membership
number when making their bookings. The reward points can be
redeemed for reward flights, flight upgrades and free hotel stays.
In addition, if travellers are members of the British Airways
Executive Club or the oneworld partners’ frequent flyer programmes,
they are also able to earn individual miles.
On Business also
offers an online management tool that allows companies to track
their travel spend. To qualify for the programme, each company
must enroll at least two travellers.
British Airways is offering trade promotions and
incentives for new sign ups in Singapore, until the end of
November 2012.
