Impact Muang Thong Thani Prepares to Host 35,000 Delegates from 160 Countries

Impact Muang Thong Thani is preparing for the biggest meeting it has ever hosted, the 2012 Rotary International Convention, being held for the first time in Thailand.

Careful planning and development of facilities as well as traffic management improvements have been put in place to try and ensure a successful experience that will impress the over 35,000 international Rotarians from over 160 countries between 6-9 May 2012.

An additional lane has been constructed connecting Tiwanon road for more convenience. For those traveling by car, 2,000 indoor parking spaces have been added to bring the total Impact Muang Thong Thani provides to over 15,000 parking spaces.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Managing Director of Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd, said, “Impact Catering was chosen to provide food and beverages for the Rotarians. On the 19th of April, Rotary International Convention representatives came to select the menus cooked by Impact’s professional chefs such as American breakfasts, European dinners, cocktails, buffet and coffee breaks. All food and beverages are carefully prepared to ensure the best taste, decoration, hygiene, freshness and safety based on the ISO 22000 standards.”
