Singapore’s HH Properties, a joint venture
between development group, Hiap Hoe Limited, and SuperBowl
Holdings, an owner and manager of leisure and commercial
properties, has confirmed that its first hotel development project
in Singapore is on-track for completion.
The Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore
at Zhongshan Park will add around 800 rooms to the Balestier Road
area.
The Sin$300 million
development will also include a commercial tower, a shopping mall,
and a range of restaurants and bars flanking Zhongshan Park
offering guests and visitors a wide choice of dining options.
“The
Balestier area is rich in culture and history and what we want to
create with these new hotels at Zhongshan Park is a contemporary
integrated development with strong heritage elements. There is an
upward trend in travellers looking for quality accommodation in
heritage sites such as Balestier as they seek authentic local
experiences and the development is poised to tap into this
fast-growing cultural tourism segment,” said Teo Ho Beng,
Executive Chairman and CEO of Hiap Hoe Group.
