On 25 February 2013, Japan Airlines will launch
flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Helsinki.
Located considerably closer to Japan than many
European cities, Finland's capital makes an excellent gateway for
travellers connecting between Japan and Northern, Central and
Eastern Europe.
On top of that, Helsinki Airport offers one of
the shortest minimum connection times of just 35 minutes, in a compact terminal that is
also furnished throughout with clear directions and signage in
several languages including Japanese.
To commemorate its new route, JAL is launching a campaign
fare of JPY92,000 to the five Finnish cities of Helsinki, Rovaniemi, Ivalo, Kittila, Oulu and an Estonian city of Tallinn.
Tickets are on sale from today, 12 October
2012, until 31 October 2012,
for departures from the commencement of the service on 25 February
to 30 March 2013. Reservations must be
completed by 28 October 2012. Other terms and conditions apply.
