Hong Kong Airlines today confirmed that it will be
suspending its all-Business Class flights to London with effect
from 10 September 2012.
The airline said the decision was made as a
result of the continuing weak economic outlook in Europe, combined
with the strength of the regional business within Asia.
Hong Kong Airlines said it will provide every assistance
to its customers and the travel trade to arrange either a re-booking
or a full refund.
The airline is finalising its passenger
re-protection policy, and travel agents in Australia whose
clients bookings are affected by the suspension of this service
should contact the Hong Kong Airlines ticket office in Australia
on 1300 889 190.
