The Grand Hyatt Beijing has appointed Malcolm
Zancanaro as General Manager.
Malcolm has been with Hyatt for over 20 years,
his career includes more than 10 years in senior management
positions in Hyatt properties.
Most recently Malcolm was
General Manager at Hyatt Regency Qingdao where he was preparing
for the opening of the property. Prior to that Malcolm was Hotel
Manager of Grand Hyatt Beijing, and before that he was Director of Food and Beverage – Asia Pacific
based in Hyatt’s Divisional Office in Hong Kong.
The 825-room Grand Hyatt Beijing is located at
the crossroads of Chang an Avenue and Wangfujing, and is part of the Oriental Plaza –
one of China’s largest commercial
complexes, at the heart of the city’s prestigious business and
commercial district. It is just minutes’ walking distance away
from the Forbidden City.
