Mint Hotel in Amsterdam Joins Worldhotels

The brand new Mint Hotel Amsterdam has joined Worldhotels growing global portfolio. The four-star hotel, is Worldhotels’ fifth property in the Dutch capital, and the first international hotel for the Mint Hotel group.

The 553-room hotel occupies a prime position overlooking the IJ River on Oosterdoksstraat in the heart of Amsterdam – a short two minutes’ walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The hotel is also within easy reach of popular tourist locations such as Dam Square, Leidseplein, Rijksmuseum and the brand new city library.

Each room offers an Apple iMac TV and computer, floor to ceiling windows for natural daylight and purified air conditioning. As standard across the Mint Hotel group, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the entire hotel.

Mint Hotel Amsterdam’s restaurant, City Café, offers a quality contemporary menu with a British twist. Guests also have the choice of three lounge bars, including the rooftop SkyLounge which offers panoramic city views, the Lobby Bar and the Eastdock Lounge, boasting a river-facing outside terrace and a unique Whisky Library.

The hotel can also accommodate private dinners and events from 20 to more than 200 people with all rooms featuring state-of-the-art audio, visual and telecommunications equipment, complimentary iMac with video conferencing and a full business service.
