The 24-storey Radisson Hotel on Soi Saengcham,
Rama IX Road in Huay Kwang, Bangkok, has been officially rebranded as the
Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel.
Guests at the Golden Tulip Sovereign can
choose from 448 guest rooms and suites with all the 4-star
amenities to be expected, and a few especially thoughtful touches like the
clothes-drying hot-rail and oversized tub in the bathroom,
internet-connected writing desk, and state-of-the-art
Communication Centre System with touch-screen messaging that
provides instant access to the complete range of hotel services.
“While strategically situated adjacent to the
expressway just 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport
with entertainment, shopping and business centres only a short
walk away, the hotel gives guests good reason to stay right where
they are,” said Vathana Paradorachai, Golden Tulip Sovereign’s
Vice President.
The hotel has 12 fully equipped meeting and
function rooms, and a 690m2 ballroom suitable for both
corporate and social galas for up to 900.
There are eight food and beverage outlets at the
Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel. Guests can enjoy High Tea or an
aperitif in the Lobby Lounge, have a draught or two at Blackie
Sports Pub, satisfy their cravings for fresh-baked bread and
pastries at The 92 Bakery, enjoy Cantonese cuisine at Fook Yuan,
treat their taste buds to the traditional Japanese at Nishiki, and
rediscover classic Thai cuisine with a panoramic skyline view at
Tubtim Siam.
Golden Tulip CEO, Olivier Derycke, said, “The
new hotel compliments our Golden Tulip Mangosteen in Phuket and
our soon-to-be opened Golden Tulip Mandison Suites on Sukhumvit
Road. We look forward to a continuous and successful roll-out of
our brands in Thailand and throughout the region.”
