The St. Regis Singapore has appointed Evelyn Goh
as Director of Human Resources.
In this role, Evelyn is responsible for
repositioning and driving the hotels HR agenda, primarily in
building its people capabilities through all solutions related to
organization design, talent management and development.
A seasoned HR professional who has dedicated
more than 25 years to the human resources profession, Evelyns
focus was primarily with the financial and hospitality industries.
Her career in human resources began at Arab Bank plc where
as a pioneer team member, she launched and scaled its HR platform
in Singapore and Asia Pacific in her capacity as Area Head of
Planning and Human Resource.
Evelyn joined the hospitality
industry in 2003 as the Director of People Innovation & Education
at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, leading its HR function in
change initiatives and delivering their talent management and
development strategies. Her tenure with Pan Pacific included a two
year stint at its corporate office in Singapore. She was until
recently the Director of Human Capital & Development at the Pan
Pacific Hotel Singapore.
