Ethiopian Airlines is to launch new services to
the Seychelles on 15 November 2011.
The Republic of the Seychelles spans an
archipelago of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, 1500 kms east of
Mainland Africa. The country attracts more than 400,000 visitors
every year.
“We are pleased to introduce new services to
Africa’s premier tourist destination providing easier and
convenient access for visitors to the exotic city of Victoria and
enhancing connections from there to more points across Ethiopian’s
extensive global network. As part of our growth strategy, we
continue to expand our presence in more African cities promoting
and facilitating growth in the business and tourism sectors,”
said, Mr. Tewolde Gebremariam, CEO of Ethiopian Airlines.
Ethiopian will serve the Seychelles three times
per week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays with Boeing 737
aircraft.
