Accor Opens New Pullman Resort in China

A new Pullman resort has opened in Lijiang Lijiang - an emerging leisure travel destination in the scenic Yunnan Province in South West China.

The Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, which consists of 79 villas and 51 deluxe rooms, is Accor's fourth Pullman resort in the country, with two in Sanya and another in Zhangjiajie.

The tranquil resort, boasting uninterrupted and stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, is located adjacent to Shuhe Ancient Town and just minutes away from downtown Lijiang as well as Dayan Ancient Town, a UNESCO world heritage site.

Inspired by local Naxi ethnic minority architecture and with contemporary Chinese elements perfectly blended in its interior design, the low-rise, full-service resort is set amidst lush gardens featuring canals and a central lake and functions as a destination in itself.

Each villa at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, occupying a space of between 106 and 232 square meters, offers private courtyard gardens with outdoor heated tubs available in selected deluxe units.

There are various dining options at the resort's five restaurants and bars. Xi Western Restaurant, where both an international buffet as well as a la carte are available, offers a wide selection of international cuisines using fresh local ingredients. At Zun Chinese Restaurant, Chow Chou cuisine finds its inspiration from the local Naxi ethnic minority. MIST Lobby Lounge and Bar is the ideal place for those who seek a casual and relaxing ambience, whilst for nature admirers, the 1919 Bar, offers spectacular views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

The Tian Lu Library gives guests access to a selection of books and magazines while they a cup of coffee or tea.

At Pullman Lijiang, every room and villa is equipped with broadband internet connections while complimentary WiFi access is also available throughout the resort.

 The Mandara Spa and a fully-equipped fitness centre, which is open 24 hours a day, help guests to maintain their well being while on the road.

Two international golf courses are also within easy reach of the Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, both a short drive from the property.
