Wyndham Hotel Group has signed seven properties
in India under its Ramada and Days Inn brands.
Six of the new hotels will be branded with the
Ramada name. Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd. and/or its
affiliates, headquartered in Gurgaon, has signed agreements for
four of the properties in Chennai, Kochi, Hisar and Ludhiana,
while the Madhuban Group in Dehradun and Mussoorie signed
agreements for the other two properties.
The Days Inn brand, which was introduced into
the market just last month with the announcements of three new
construction, full service Days Hotels, just signed an agreement
with Mosaic Infraventures Private Ltd. for a fourth Days Hotel in

a lot of potential for growth here and today’s announcement is
testament to this,” said Ken Greene, Wyndham Hotel Group president
