[HD video below] If you have already watched the interesting video interview with Mr. Greg Liddell, the General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi in Chiang Mai, Thailand, you will know that the luxury resort currently comprises of two main accommodation options - the Lanna-style Villas or the Colonial Suites.

The resort, which is on a piece of land over 66 acres in size, took 3 1/2 years to create, cost around over US$ 200 million, and was built in two phases with the Villas, that offer guests the opportunity to experience a traditional golden teak Thai home, opening first, followed by the Colonial Suites, which offer an ageless elegance that simply exude luxury and class.

In the HD video below, you will get a little taste of what a Deluxe Colonial Suite at the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi is like, including the outrageously large bathroom, the welcoming swimming pool which is mere steps from your own private large terrace, as well as the lush greenery and immaculate gardens that help guests escape into a world of peace, nature and relaxation.
