Accor has opened the Novotel Bangkok Impact, the
first Accor hotel in Thailand dedicated to the MICE market.
The newly built hotel with 380 guest rooms and
suites has been incorporated into the 140,000sqm Impact Arena,
Exhibition and Convention Centre complex, in Nonthaburi on the
outskirts of Bangkok.
The 10-storey hotel features
state-of-the-art meeting facilities for small-to-medium
gatherings, Novotel’s signature fitness centre and spa, In
Balance - a rooftop lounge, and two restaurants - The Square and
Prego.
“Although most guests are expected
to business travellers attending events held at Impact, we also
anticipate welcoming fans of sporting events and concerts,”
said David Baldwin, General Manager of Novotel Bangkok Impact.
Novotel Bangkok Impact is located within the Impact Arena,
Exhibition and Convention Centre complex, 30-minutes by car
from downtown Bangkok and one hour from Suvarnabhumi
International Airport.
The hotel is offering a special introductory
rate of THB 2,400++ per room per night until 30 September 2011.
Terms and conditions apply.
Accor will also open a 640-room Ibis hotel in the same area in the
latter part of 2012.
