[HD video below] Not all road warriors are fortunate enough to
fly Business or First Class, but that does not mean that these
travellers cannot enjoy the benefits of an airport lounge.
In this
HD video interview with the CEO and Founder of Plaza Premium
Lounge Management, Mr. Song Hoi See, we ask where the idea of
airport lounges for economy class passengers came from, and what
his company is all about.
Plaza Premium Lounge Management has many diverse
interests, but one of its most well known from a travellers
perspective, are the airport lounges which anyone, including
economy class passengers can use for a fee.
The lounges offer a comfortable area for road
warriors to escape the hustle and bustle of the airports main
concourses. They include free internet, a nice choice of hot and
cold food, complimentary drinks both alcoholic and soft drinks as
well as other paid facilities such as spa, shower and day-beds to
really help you relax.
There are numerous televisions scattered
around the lounges which can often accommodate 200+ passengers,
these feature news programmes, sports etc. Each lounge has been
immaculately designed to fool you into thinking that they are much
smaller than they are, small design items like wooden walling
which has been designed to look like curtains from a distance,
even pure oxygen pumped into the air of some areas of the lounge
all help to give customers a homely feel.
In this interview, you will learn firsthand how the idea of
creating these welcome escapes came about, what the objectives of
the company are and how many lounges Plaza Premium Lounge aims to
have within the next 2 - 3 years and where it is concentrating its
expansion efforts. You will also learn about which other areas the
company is moving into, whether a membership system is in place or
when it may be launched and what it will involve plus much, much
more.
