Exciting Fam Trips Planned for Mekong Tourism Forum 2011

At the ATF 2011 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia last week, we talked with Mason Florence, Executive Director of Mekong Tourism, and asked him what the Mekong Tourism Forum 2011 is all about.

The event will take place 27-28 May 2011 in Pakse, Laos. Not only are they aiming to attract over 200 delegates, but the event comprises different aspects, with an exhibition promoting local products, to a forum which will discuss how to make the Mekong a premier travel destination.

The Mekong Tourism Forum 2011 also has plans for some very exciting fam trips. In the interview, Mason gives us a little insight into what travel agents and the media who attend can expect.
