Hertz has appointed Mark Righton to the new role
of Country Manager New Zealand.
Mr Righton has been with Hertz New
Zealand for 21 years, occupying a range of positions, most
recently Director Finance and Administration.
He also led
the recent acquisition by Hertz of New Zealand low cost operator
Ace Car Rentals, and has established strong ties with a range of
external organisations and stakeholders.
Mr Righton will be
based in Christchurch, and will report to Chris Rusden, Regional
Vice President and Managing director of Hertz Australia and New
Zealand.
Hertz is one of the largest worldwide airport general use
car rental brands, operating from approximately 8,500 locations in
146 countries, including more than 40 in New Zealand, and over 200
in Australia.
