Regal Hotels International has signed a contract with Wolong
Holding Group for a 5-star Regal Hotel in Wuhan, Hubei, China.
Scheduled to open in 2014, the 5-star Regal Hotel is located in Dongxi Lake District with close proximity to Wang Jia Dun, the
newly established Central Business District in Wuhau.
Overlooking Wuhans International Horse Racing Course, the
26-storey Regal Hotel will feature 300 guest rooms and provide a
coffee shop, lobby lounge and a Chinese restaurant.
Adjacent to a golf course, the hotel is more
than likely to become a
popular MICE destination. It offers ample meeting and function
rooms and a grand ballroom together with a comprehensive range of
recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa, fitness
center, chess room and beauty salon.
Ms. Belinda Yeung,
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Regal Hotels
International said, We are honored and excited in collaborating
with Wolong Holding Group in opening this new hotel. This new
addition, together with our soon to be opened Regal Yuhong Hotel
in Zhengzhou, will further expand our brand presence and network
in two leading cities and transportation hub in Central China.
Currently, Regal Hotels manages and operates six hotels in
Hong Kong and another six hotels in China Mainland. Together with
the hotels under development in China including Chengdu, Foshan, Kunshan, Suzhou, Wuhan and Zhengzhou, Regal Hotels has over 8,000
rooms and more than 90 restaurants and bars under its portfolio.
