Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 Extends DJ Search

Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 has extended the deadline for its “Aloft Decadent DJ Search” Competition to 14 February 2011.

From today through to 14 February 2011, to join the competition participants simply create or compose the track they think perfectly fits Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11. Then upload their masterpiece as a video response to the ‘Aloft Decadent DJ Search’ teaser video located in YouTube or send their original demo to Aloft’s office at 24 Sukhumvit Soi 11, Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey-Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110.

The top 5 finalists will be announced on 1 March 2011 on Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11’s facebook page, where the public will then get a chance to cast their votes and decide who will claim the winning prize.

This 2nd round of the competition will allow the top 5 finalists to fine tune their tracks and resubmit the 3-minute version they think most fits Aloft Bangkok – Sukhumvit 11. These 5 tracks will then be posted on hotel’s facebook for the members of the general public to vote online for their favourite tune. This vote will serve as a component of the final award decision.

The 1st placed winner will receive prizes worth over THB 100,000 (THB 20,000 cash prize, round-trip tickets Bangkok-Samui for two persons, a two-night stay at the W Retreat Koh Samui in a Tropical Oasis Pool Villa with breakfast for two persons and exposure in leading magazines). Moreover, the winner will play live alongside top DJs at the Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 Grand Opening Party.

Aloft Bangkok – Sukhumvit 11 will feature 297 rooms, over 350-sqm of meeting space and pre-function area, Crave - an all day dining restaurant, re:fuel - grab ‘n go café, w xyz bar, re:charge fitness center and splash outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel is centrally located in Sukhumvit Road and will provide travelers easy access to the commercial and entertainment districts of Bangkok.
