Panacea Publishing Asia, a Hong Kong-based
publisher of travel related magazines, has made the following
executive appointments:
Mary Ng – Managing
Director, Asia
Mary is the new Managing Director, Asia of
Panacea Publishing Asia Ltd. A seven-year veteran of the company,
she previously held the titles of Group Publisher and Associate
Publisher. In her new role, she is responsible for the full
operations of Panacea’s flagship products, Business Traveller Asia
Pacific, Business Traveller China, Mix – Asia’s Creative Meetings
Magazine and their respective websites.
Prior to joining Panacea, Mary served, for eight
years, as the Associate Publisher of Jobson Publishing, an
international eyewear magazine in the US. She was responsible for
setting up its Asia Pacific office, as well as launching the
magazine 20/20 Asia in the region.
Mary completed her university studies in the US,
returning to Hong Kong to land a job in Asian Business Press as
Advertisement Manager for Media magazine. After a year, she moved
to its Travel Division for PATA Travel News (PTN) and Travel Trade
Gazette(TTG), following the change in company name to Miller
Freeman Publishing.
Gracy Siu, Regional
Sales Director
Gracy Siu recently joined Panacea Publishing
Asia’s regional head office, tasked to serve clients throughout
the all-important Hong Kong market.
Gracy boasts a wealth of experience in the
publishing industry. She was previously connected with well-known
tourism titles and JCDecaux Pearl & Dean in Hong Kong.
Vincent Lim, Regional
Sales Director
Vincent Lim, Regional Sales Director, Asia, has
also just joined Panacea Publishing Asia’s regional head office,
responsible for clients in Beijing, Shanghai, Japan and Vietnam.
Vincent boasts a wealth of experience in the
travel and publishing industry. He was previously with leading
consumer titles, travel trade publications and exhibitions in TTG
in Singapore.
Vicki Williams,
Assistant Editor, Business Traveller Asia Pacific
Vicki has joined Panacea Publishing as assistant
editor of Business Traveller magazine. Since moving to Hong Kong
in 1994 her work has appeared in prestigious publications both
locally and abroad, including South China Morning Post and Sydney
Morning Herald. Prior to joining Panacea in June, she was editor
of the food-lovers’ website WOMguide.com.
