Ariane Systems, a leader in self-service
check-in / out kiosk technology for the hospitality industry, has
signed an agreement with Estonia-based Hansab, making them the
exclusive distributor for Ariane’s products in the Baltic States.
Through the new agreement, Hansab will be able
to provide Ariane Systems’ innovative technology solutions -
including the Allegro Online/Mobile/Kiosk solution - to their
hotel property clientele in the markets of Lithuania, Latvia and
Estonia.
Hansab is an established player in the business
security and self-service solutions fields across the Baltics,
boasting 20 years of experience and a wide client network. The
company also
has a longstanding foothold in hospitality industry
distributorship in particular, acting as an authorized seller of
quality guestroom safes and hotel access-control systems.
"Ariane is pleased and honored to be working with such a
renowned company as Hansab as we look to grow our exposure in the growing hotel industries of the Baltics," said Ariane Systems CEO,
Laurent Cardot. "Business people in the region know Hansab as a provider of high-quality products and a reliable service network.
This partnership will prove a great benefit for both parties, as
well as the Baltic hotel industry, which will now have easy access
to Ariane's impressive revenue-generating technology."
Among the technologies now
available to Baltic hoteliers is Ariane’s cutting-edge Allegro
suite, which allows hotel guests to check in and out where, when
and how they choose, whether from their personal computer, laptop,
PDA, web-enabled mobile device or hotel kiosk. The Allegro system
even makes it possible for guests to bypass the traditional front
desk completely by using the guest’s mobile phone as a key to
activate the door lock and gain direct access to the guestroom.
Additionally, an upsell module that is built into the Allegro
platform acts as an integrated CRM system, providing the hotel
with a unique way to introduce upsell opportunities to the guest
and increase revenue opportunities for the hotel.
