The groundbreaking ceremony of Le Bristol Abu
Dhabi, scheduled to open in 2013, was held at the construction
site in Al Bateen area last week.
Developed by Oetker Collection, one of the most
prestigious European luxury hotel companies, Le Bristol Abu Dhabi is being built in partnership with NCTH.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr
Frank Marrenbach, CEO of Oetker Collection, Mr Mohamed Mounib, CEO
of NCTH, Dr Timo Grunert, Chief Financial Officer of Oetker
Collection, Mr Hany Farag, Chief Financial Officer of NCTH, Mr
Samir Daqqaq, Senior Vice-President (Development) for Middle East
and Africa at Oetker Collection, and Mr Alain Briere,
Vice-President – Sales & Marketing at Oetker Collection.
Once operational, Le Bristol Abu Dhabi will feature 184
guestrooms with a minimum size of 45-55 square metres and
suites with private fitness and amenities.
Guest facilities and
services will include various exciting and contemporary
gastronomic choices with a high market café and a gourmet
restaurant, a selection of banqueting rooms with daylight and
stunning seaside views for up to 300 persons.
This
will be accompanied by a world class unique Spa offering a blend
for beauty and holistic well being. A private beach and a private
marina next to the hotel complement the ensemble.
