Avis has launched an off-site car rental service
in China.
Avis China’s Network 95 takes off with two major
off-site projects named the “High-Quality Tourist City Project”
and “CBD City Project” that provide convenience to customers by
sending them the cars whenever and wherever they may be – the
railway station, airport, CBD business centers, or any of the
tourist attraction areas.
Avis off-site services are now offered
extensively in China within 29 cities and 95 network points.
The “High-Quality Tourist City Project” covers
seven popular cities in China, namely, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing,
Qingdao, Xi’an, Harbin and Chengdu.
Urban economy center cities fall under the “CBD
City Project” that includes Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and
Chengdu. With these two groups combined, Avis can now send cars to
almost 100 service points in the country.
Xavier Gernaey, General Manager Asia – Avis
Europe said, “We are honoured to serve the bustling China market
with a more extensive network and more personalized service
through the “High-Quality Tourist” and “CBD” city projects. With
Avis, you are assured of safety and reliability in travel, plus
the freedom to discover more places at any given time.”
