Silversea is offering a new range of
Asia Pacific voyages between September 2011 and May 2012 aboard
the 382-guest sister ships, Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper.
Being small enough
to venture into intriguing ports, even exploring parts of the
Yangtze River, Silversea also offers overnight stays in major
cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and
Singapore.
A new 38 day Grand Asia Voyage aboard the 196
suite Silver Shadow departs Seoul on 23 September calling at
fascinating ports in South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam,
Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia on the way to Singapore. Fares
for the full 38 day voyage start from US$18,661 per person double
occupancy.
For experienced cruisers who enjoy “sea days”, a
19 day cruise departs Auckland for Fremantle (Perth) on 4 February
2012, visiting Napier, Wellington and Picton in New Zealand, and
Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Port Lincoln and Albany in Australia.
Fares start from US$10,638.
Silver Shadow’s first ever 12
day voyage from Fremantle explores Western Australia’s coastline,
and Indonesian ports such as Komodo with its dragons, Bali,
Semarang and Jakarta to Singapore. Departing 23 February 2012,
fares are from US$5,078 per person double occupancy.
In
February and March 2012, Silver Whisper is offering five voyages
of 11 to 18 days, taking in destinations as diverse as South
Africa, Mauritius, Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand,
Singapore, Vietnam, China, Malaysia and Dubai.
Silversea’s fares include all-suite accommodation with butler
service; gourmet meals with menus designed by Relais & Châteaux; complimentary wines, Champagne and spirits served throughout the
ship, and all gratuities.
Guests travelling on these
voyages also get Silversea’s Passport to Luxury – an Onboard
Spending Credit of up to US$1,000 per suite to use in the spa, speciality restaurants, shore excursions, boutique and more.
Guests on these Asia Pacific voyages can enhance their
experience with a wide choice of Land Adventures, either pre, post
or mid- cruise. These range from exploring Jaipur, the Taj Mahal
and Agra in India to discovering the natural beauty and cultural
heritage of Burma.
