Turkish Airlines has signed a 3-year full
content agreement with Amadeus that guarantees all travel agents
worldwide, outside Turkey, access to the full range of the
carriers’ fares, inventory and schedules.
The new agreement offers Amadeus’ subscribers
outside of Turkey the same level of fares, availability and
functionality as the airline distributes through its own website.
“We are delighted about this new agreement that
boosts our relationship with Amadeus and allows Turkish Airlines
to have competitive distribution in our international markets,”
said Faruk Cizmecioglu, EVP Sales and Marketing, Turkish Airlines.
“Travel agents outside Turkey can now enjoy efficient access to
the complete range of our offer through Amadeus for the next three
years.”
With a passenger volume per annum of 30 million,
Turkish Airlines is one the fastest-growing airlines in Europe,
Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
