Jumeirah has signed a Management Agreement with
Grosvenor House Apartments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Park Lane Properties Limited, to operate its luxury apartments in
London.
Due to fully open in early 2012, the Grosvenor House
Apartments by Jumeirah Living will be part of the Jumeirah Living
portfolio, the groups luxury brand of residences and serviced
apartments.
Located on Londons Park Lane and originally
built in the 1920s, Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living
has undergone a complete internal rebuild and refurbishment.
Highly stylised and contemporary in design, the propertys 133
apartments range from studios through to five-bedroom penthouses,
providing the largest luxury serviced accommodation in London.
The interior design of the apartments combines
classic finishes such as dark oak timber flooring with more
contemporary detailing, for example tailored wall paneling and
oversized bathrooms. Guests will also be able to make the most of
a dedicated lifestyle concierge service, state-of-the-art
technology and bespoke furniture.
Additional features at the Grosvenor House
Apartments by Jumeirah Living include a first-floor
atrium with a seven-storey vaulted ceiling and a grand over-sized
fireplace. The Atrium will host an all-day dining concept.
Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living is
a fitting addition to Jumeirah Groups existing portfolio of
properties, which includes Jumeirah Carlton Tower and
Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel in London, the iconic Burj Al Arab in Dubai
and Jumeirah Essex House in New York.
As part of its ambitious
expansion plans, Jumeirah Frankfurt opened in August 2011 and
Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi in November 2011 with
further properties opening in the next few months in Mallorca,
Dubai, Kuwait, the Maldives and Baku.
Park Lane Properties Limited is majority owned by a
consortium of Kuwait based companies including Adeem Investment &
Wealth Management Company, The Investment Dar and Stehwaz Holding
Company.
