Tiger Airways has launched an one-week promotion
on all its Singapore-based routes with one-way fares from as low
as Sin$19, with taxes already included.
The low fares are for travel between 17 February
and 30 June 2011, varying for each specific route (between
Singapore and 22 destinations in Greater China, India, South East
Asia and Perth).
For example, one-way fares including taxes are
from Sin$19 to Kuala Lumpur, Sin$49 to Ho Chi Minh City, Sin$99 to
Hong Kong, and Sin$129 to Taipei.
The promotion is only for one week from 10 to 16
February 2010, with the first day reserved only for members of
Tigers’ Stripes Club.
“Instead of passing on extra costs, Tiger
Airways passes on savings. Our customers enjoy the lowest fares,
and do not pay any fuel surcharge because we are successfully
managing our own costs. Our savings become their savings!,” said
Stewart Adams, Tiger Airways Singapore Managing Director. “After
our roaring success in the Year of the Tiger, we will continue to
skip ahead of the competition in the Year of the Rabbit. For this
we thank our customers who have made us Singapore’s biggest
low-cost airline by capacity. Another airline has claimed to be
Singapore’s biggest low-cost airline by revenue, which means they
are charging each passenger more! We thank them and other low-cost
airlines who raise prices, and waste resources on unnecessary
complexities such as long-haul.”
