Dieter Ruckenbauer joins Singapore Marriott as DOFB

The Singapore Marriott Hotel has appointed Dieter Ruckenbauer as Director of Food & Beverage.

Beginning his hospitality career in Switzerland, his talent and flair led him to work in top hotels across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Most recently, Dieter was the Executive Chef at JW Marriott Bangkok.

The 393-room Singapore Marriott Hotel is located in the heart of Singapore just 20 minutes away from the Singapore International Airport and only a few steps away from the Orchard Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.
