Brigitte Dasquet joins Anantara Kihavah Villas in the Maldives as DOSM

Ms. Brigitte Dasquet has been appointed as the new Director of Sales and Marketing of the Anantara Kihavah Villas, Maldives.

 Brigitte joins Anantara from her position as Director of Sales and Marketing from One & Only, overseeing all facets of marketing and sales for their luxurious Le Saint Geran Resort in Mauritius. She has been in the helm of sales for a number of prestigious companies including Beachcomber, Constance Hotels and Indigo Resorts.

Brigitte, who was born in Senegal, brings to Anantara over twenty years experience from working in the travel and hospitality industry. She is experienced in opening, re-opening and launching new properties and has worked with a variety of clients worldwide, including tour operators in Europe, South Africa, Australia, Middle East and Asia.

Set on Kihavah Huravalhi, Anantara Kihavah Villas is just 35 minutes by seaplane from Male International Airport. The 77 spacious overwater and beach suites will all have private pools, wooded sundecks with seating and lounging areas, outdoor showers and over-sized bathtubs big enough for two. The interiors will be contemporary with local, Indian and Moroccan accents and colour schemes that take their inspiration from the surrounding coral reefs; Anantara Kihavah will also boast the largest swimming pool in the Maldives. The hotel is slated to open in October 2010.
