Horwath HTL, one of the world’s largest
hospitality-consulting groups, has added a new member firm in
Cyprus, taking the number of global offices to 50.
The new Cyprus firm is based in Limassol and
headed up by the Managing Director, Christos Michaelides, an
industry veteran with over 25 years experience in the sector. The
group opened for business in 1987 and today boasts over 3,000
clients locally and internationally.
The group covers all areas of hospitality
consulting, with a specialty in market research, systems development (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000) and
hotel operation
manuals.
They have also been involved in large regional
development and country focused strategies such as developing the
marketing strategy for the Cyprus Tourism Organization and the
regional development strategy for tourism for Limassol, Nicosia,
Larnaca and Ossetia.
The group has done extensive work
internationally and has been involved in the system development
for over 100 hotels in Greece.
